About me
Hey! My name is Morgan. Outside of being a wife and mom of two crazy boys (5 & 8), nursing is my passion! I have been a nurse for 10 years; all of my time, I have served in the emergency room. My passion for nursing began when my younger sisters were born premature and were hospitalized for 2 months. I could have sworn I would’ve been some sort of pediatric nurse, but life had other plans! I absolutely loved all of my clinical rotations in nursing school so when given the opportunity to apply for an externship in the emergency department (a place that offers a little bit of everything) the summer between my junior and senior year, I jumped on it! The rest is history! While in the emergency room, I have served as a staff nurse, preceptor, charge nurse, and educator (2019-2021). I have loved each and every role I have served; and I am so thankful for the vast opportunities, both learning and professional, the emergency department has provided me. Additionally, there are so many opportunities outside of the emergency room as you will see rotating among this event today. If you have any questions whatsoever, please ask!
