Kathy Price is a Senior Organizational & Workforce Development Specialist in healthcare. As an Organizational Development practitioner, Kathy provides professional and leadership development experiences for employees and intact teams. She has over 24 years of teaching and coaching experience—with 12 years in leadership development. She is a certified practitioner in MBTI, DiSC, Crucial Conversations, Crucial Accountability, Cognitive Coaching, CliftonStrengths (formerly StrengthsFinder), Emotional Intelligence EQ 2.0, Hardiness Readiness Gauge, and Change.
Kathy was a teacher, technology specialist, director of professional learning, and executive director of Educator Effectiveness in K-12 public education. She holds a Master of Arts in Instructional Technology with a concentration in school leadership. She is currently a doctoral candidate for Organizational Leadership at National University.
