About me
I graduated from Campbell University College of Pharmacy & Health Sciences in 2013 and then completed two years of residency training at WakeMed. My second year of residency specialized in cardiology. Cardiology, especially heart failure, is my passion! I have worked at WakeMed for ten years in the inpatient setting and in the clinic. I am now a Clinical Pharmacist Practitioner, which is an additional license in North Carolina that allows me to work collaboratively with physicians to manage medications. I work in Advanced Heart Failure/Pulmonary Hypertension, Cardiology, and Primary Care clinics. I am also adjunct faculty at Campbell and teach in the classroom and precept students on experiential clinical rotations.
